Most commercial scenting in this region is sold the same way: a free consultation visit, a proposal you have to ask for, and a twelve-month rental contract with a penalty for leaving early. We publish the coverage, the consumption and the price, and you can buy the system outright if you want to.

Ask anyone who works in a mall what they think of scent machines and you will get an earful. Over-scenting is the most common failure in this industry and it costs you the customers who are sensitive to fragrance — a larger group than most operators assume.
Every Spaces system ships calibrated to the volume you give us, logs actual consumption, and flags a zone that is running hot. Our commissioning standard is a scent that registers on entry and disappears within ninety seconds. If a client asks us to run above the published safe dose, we will tell you why we would rather not.

- No minimum term and no early-termination penalty on subscriptions

- SLA: replacement unit on site within 48 hours anywhere in the UAE, 96 hours GCC
