The dose conversation we have with every client
At some point a client asks us to turn it up, because they walked in and could not smell it strongly enough. We will usually push back, and here is the reasoning.
You go nose-blind to your own space within a couple of minutes. Your customers do not — they arrive fresh, and they get the full intensity. Setting the dose by what you can smell after ten minutes in the room reliably produces something your visitors find overwhelming. Worse, roughly one in five people report some sensitivity to airborne fragrance, and an over-scented entrance quietly turns them away without a single complaint reaching you.
We commission to a measured standard instead, and we will show you the consumption data behind it. If you still want it higher after that, it is your space — but you will have the numbers first.
